专利说明:
The invention relates to a lifting mechanism for a commercial vehicle, in particular an agricultural or forestry vehicle. Hoists, which also include so-called three-point suspensions, are used to raise and lower an attachment, for example a plow, a harrow, a mower, a wood splitter, a winch, a wood chipper, chopper, mulcher or milling machine. In some applications, it is preferred if the raising or lowering takes place almost parallel to the floor. To make this possible, it has already been proposed to provide the upper link with an automatic length adjustment and an associated control. However, this is associated with great effort and additional costs. DE 20 2009 003 676 therefore discloses a solution in which the lifting mechanism enables a largely parallel adjustment of the attachment when lifting or lowering without adjusting the upper link. This is achieved in that the articulation point of the upper link on the vehicle side can be moved in height together with the lifting or lowering movement of the lifting mechanism. In this known solution, a parallel raising and lowering is possible in a specific work area. However, additional pivoting of the lifting mechanism in the upper and lower end position areas cannot be avoided. In this known solution, the vehicle-side articulation point of the upper link is provided on a central arm of the lifting shaft. Since the lifting shaft is usually attached as a component to the rear part of the utility vehicle, additional modifications must be made to this lifting shaft in order to enable the upper link to be attached. [0004] The invention is therefore based on the object of simplifying the construction of the lifting mechanism. [0005] According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. The lifting mechanism according to the invention for a commercial vehicle, in particular an agricultural or forestry vehicle, for raising and lowering an attachment, consists essentially of<tb> <SEP> - at least a first and a second lifting arm,<tb> <SEP> - a first and a second lower link, each of which can be held at one end at the articulation points of the commercial vehicle and can be coupled to the attachment at the other end,<tb> <SEP> - a first and a second lifting strut, the first lifting strut articulating the first lower link with the first lifting arm and the second lifting strut connecting the second lower link with the second lifting arm, and<tb> <SEP> - at least one upper link, which is pivotably mounted on said lifting arms with a first end and which can be coupled to the attachment with a second end,<tb> <SEP> - whereby the first lifting strut, the second lifting strut and the upper link are mounted on the two lifting arms around a common first axis of rotation. As attachments, for example, a plow, a harrow, a mower, a wood splitter, a cable winch, a wood chipper, a mulcher or a milling machine come into consideration. Due to the articulation of the upper link in the area of the first axis of rotation, a modification of a lifting shaft carrying the lifting arms and thus the modification of a component present on the commercial vehicle is not necessary. The articulation point of the upper link in the area of the first axis of rotation also leads to improved parallel guidance when lifting and lowering. [0009] Further advantages and embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first and the second lifting arm are held at a distance from one another and non-rotatably on a lifting shaft. In the context of the invention, however, it is also conceivable that the two lifting arms are mounted and pivotable separately from one another. The lifting shaft is expediently designed parallel to the first axis of rotation and is usually a component held on the utility vehicle. Furthermore, the lifting struts can be made rigid or adjustable in length. To support the upper link in the area of the first axis of rotation, a coupling piece is provided according to one embodiment of the invention, which is connected to the first end of the upper link and is rotatably mounted on both lifting arms about the first axis of rotation. The upper link can in particular rotate with the coupling piece about the first axis of rotation and be pivotable relative to the coupling piece about a second axis of rotation formed in the coupling piece. The first and second axes of rotation are in particular arranged perpendicular to one another. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the second axis of rotation is arranged offset to the first axis of rotation in the direction of the lifting shaft. In this way, standard goods can be used for the upper link, which are usually made somewhat longer than is necessary for the articulation according to the invention in the area of the first axis of rotation. [0012] Further embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the following description and the drawing. [0013] Show in the drawing<tb> Fig. 1 <SEP> a three-dimensional representation of the hoist according to the invention,<tb> Fig. 2 <SEP> a side view of the hoist in the lowered position,<tb> Fig. 3 <SEP> a side view of the hoist in the raised position. The lifting mechanism shown in the figures has a lifting shaft 1 and a first and a second lifting arm 2, 3, which are attached to the lifting shaft 1 at a distance from one another and non-rotatably. The lifting shaft 1 is usually a component which is held on the utility vehicle, in particular on its rear axle housing. The lifting mechanism further comprises a first and a second lower link 4, 5, each of which is held with one of its ends 4a, 5a at articulation points (not shown in detail) of the utility vehicle. At the other end of the lower links 4, 5 coupling means 4b, 5b are provided in order to be able to couple an attachment 6, which is shown here only in simplified form as a triangular frame. Furthermore, a first and a second lifting strut 7, 8 are provided, the first lifting strut 7 connecting the first lower link 4 to the first lifting arm 2 and the second lifting strut 8 articulating the second lower link 5 to the second lifting arm 3. The lifting struts can be either rigid or adjustable in length. The lifting struts 7, 8 are connected to the lower links 4, 5 in a central area, so that rotating the lifting shaft 1 causes the lifting arms to rotate and thus raising or lowering the lower links. On the lower links 4, 5, fastening tabs 9, 10 are also provided, which are attached to the outwardly facing sides of the lower links. These fastening straps are used to attach lateral supports in order to prevent the lifting mechanism from swiveling back and forth inadvertently. Furthermore, an upper link 11 is provided, which is preferably adjustable in length. It is held at its first end in a coupling piece 12 and has coupling means 11b at its other end, which are used to couple the attachment 6. The coupling piece 12 is rotatably mounted on the two lifting hubs 2, 3, so that the first lifting strut 7, the second lifting strut 8 and the upper link 11 are held on the two lifting arms 2, 3 about a common first axis of rotation 13. The end of the upper link opposite the attachment is therefore adjusted in height together with the lifting arms during a lifting movement. This promotes an almost parallel raising and lowering of the attachment 6. In the illustrated embodiment, the coupling piece 12 forms an approximately triangular pocket into which the upper link 11 is inserted with its first end and there is articulated to the coupling piece 12 such that the upper link 11 can also be pivoted to a limited extent about a second axis of rotation 14 . The second axis of rotation 14 is aligned perpendicular to the first axis of rotation 13. The clear height h of the coupling piece 12 corresponds to the diameter of the protruding into the coupling piece part of the upper link 11, so that the upper link is pivotable relative to the coupling piece only about the second axis of rotation 14 and otherwise only rotatable together with the coupling piece about the first axis of rotation 13 is. This construction can be provided in particular for upper links with spherical ball eyes in order to ensure a defined position of the coupling piece in relation to the upper link. If the upper link has a coupling joint with only one degree of freedom at its first end, other constructions are of course also conceivable. The coupling piece also has the advantage that the position of the second axis of rotation 14, which is determined by the length of the upper link 11, can be arranged offset in the direction of the lifting shaft 1. The top link can thus be made longer than would actually be necessary for the rotation about the first axis of rotation 11. This has the particular advantage that standard goods can be used for the top link 11. Alternatively, it is also conceivable that a shaft extending between the two lifting arms 2, 3 is provided in the region of the first axis of rotation, to which the upper link is centrally coupled. The lifting movement is carried out by a drive, not shown in detail, which can be formed, for example, by one or two hydraulic actuating cylinders that interact with the lifting arms 2, 3. The lifting shaft 1 ensures that both lifting arms 2, 3 are moved synchronously. Alternatively, a worm gear drive connected to the lifting shaft would also be conceivable, for example. 2 and 3, the lowered and raised extreme positions of the hoist are illustrated. With the help of a length-adjustable top link, the alignment of the attachment could be adjusted for the desired work area.
